Deep Gong Meditation for Health and Well-Being with Dr. Romy Valdez

Deep Gong Meditation for Health and Well-Being with Dr. Romy Valdez In-Person

The Hollis Social Library is pleased to offer you a therapeutic experience that integrates evidence-based, scientific modalities with the practice of energy and vibrational medicine. The intentional practice of movement, mantra, meditation, conscious breathing and the sound vibrations of the gongs, activate the body’s innate ability to change and heal. This occurs through the movement of energy that clears emotional, physical and spiritual blocks. Dr. Valdez has created a unique and effective protocol of these practices that optimize healing. At this event we will capitalize on the energy of the Summer Solstice (June 21st) for an even more powerful outcome.

The program includes gentle Kundalini-informed yoga, breath meditation, mantra meditation and a gong immersion.

BRING:  A yoga mat, blankets, small pillow and anything else you need for warmth and comfort.

Romy Valdez is a psychologist, energy/vibrational medicine practitioner and Kundalini yoga instructor. His doctorate in psychology is from Michigan State University. He completed his clinical training at the Department of Psychiatry at both Dartmouth and Harvard Medical Schools. Romy received his Gong Mastery Training with Gong Grandmaster Don Conreaux. His training in Kundalini Yoga is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute.
