Adult Yoga Class (Ages 16+) In-Person

This Vinyasa class is open to everyone, where you flow through poses connected to your breath, creating a moving meditation. The practice invites you to find balance between effort and ease, tuning into your body and spirit with each inhale and exhale. The teacher offers variations, so it’s accessible whether you’re just starting or more seasoned. At the end, you rest in Savasana, letting go completely, finding stillness and connection within.

Please bring your own mat.

*Please note that participants who miss two consecutive events without prior notice will be removed from the sign-up list for the future yoga programs. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance if you are unable to attend.

Skyler is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience. She says, "My journey has been all about finding joy and connection through movement and breath. I love creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone can flow together, no matter their experience level. When I’m not on the mat, you can find me baking up something sweet, diving into a good book, or soaking up the beauty of the great outdoors. Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and joy together!"
