An Elfin Picnic with Susie Spikol [Ages 4-8]

An Elfin Picnic with Susie Spikol [Ages 4-8] In-Person

Join Ms. Joella and Susie Spikol, an author, educator, and naturalist from the Harris Center for Conservation Education, for an elfin picnic! Gather around the picnic blanket to hear stories from far and wide of these little woodland sprites, play elfin games like troll tag and Smaug’s jewels, and make a woodland crown. Sip on Phoenix tea and nibble on the fruits of the season.

This event will be held in Little Nichols' Field next to the Library. In the event of inclement weather, the program will be in the Library's meeting room.

Susie will have her books (Forest Magic for Kids: How to Find Fairies, Make a Secret Fort, and Cook Up an Elfin Picnic and The Animal Adventurer's Guide) available for sale at the event. Please bring cash if you wish to purchase one of her books.
