Core & Pelvic Floor Seminar with Revolution Wellness

Core & Pelvic Floor Seminar with Revolution Wellness In-Person

Event Description:

Join us for an engaging, educational session that helps participants understand how the core and pelvic floor work together to support movement, posture, and daily function. We cover foundational anatomy, common dysfunctions such as leakage or pelvic pain, and practical strategies for safely strengthening and coordinating these key muscle groups. The seminar blends education with simple, functional movement techniques to help participants build strength, confidence, and connection to their core.
