DESCRIPTION:Caring for a loved one can be rewarding\, but it can also feel 
 overwhelming and isolating at times. Join us for the first session of our 
 monthly Caregiver Support Group\, a welcoming space for adults to connect\, 
 share experiences\, and find encouragement among others who understand the 
 challenges of caregiving.\n\nWhether you are caring for a parent\, spouse\, 
 family member\, or friend\, this group offers an opportunity for 
 conversation\, support\, and community in a relaxed and respectful 
 environment.\n\nThis group will meet monthly at the library. New 
 participants are always welcome. Light refreshments will be 
 served.\n\nOffered in partnership with Wendy Sage-Matsis\, Senior Advisor 
 at Bridges by Epoch.
