Event Description:

Qi Gong is a powerful practice that helps to increase and balance your internal energy (Qi). Traditionally, Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese energy medicine practice combining breathing, movement, and meditation. The term “qi” (also written as “chi” ) means “vital energy of the body” and “gong” means the skill and achievement cultivated through regular practice.  The Yi Ren® system of Qigong is designed to support and grow the wisdom already within the body which can be used for self-healing.  Level 1 Yi Ren Qi Gong is suitable for beginners and those who are experienced with other styles of Qi Gong.

Dr. Laura Chan is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Acupuncturist (LAc). She is passionate about health and wellness and loves helping her patients experience more wellness and vitality in their lives.
